Our Packing Hall is based at the Farm where fruit is delivered to, quality controlled, rapid chilled, packed and stored at temperature before dispatch from the loading bays.
Our Packing Hall has;
– BRC Grade A certification
– Rapid Chilling Tunnel
– 3 Lines
– 2 Heatsealers
– 2 thermal printers for pre-printed film
– Packaging storage facilities
– Room Chilling Storage Areas
The entire production process operates on the Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, based on the Codex Alimentarius HACCP principles.
We have packed for all of the major supermarkets including M&S, Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and Sainsburys.
